BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, simply add your base rent to the Essentials and any Personalized Add-Ons you choose. Our aim is to make budgeting effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

  • Pest Control Fee: $5.00 Monthly
  • Amenity Fee: $15.00 Monthly
  • Trash Fee: $35.00 Monthly
  • Application Fee: $50.00 One time per person over the age of 18
  • Cable/Internet: $75.00 Monthly
  • Administration Fee : $200.00 One time per unit
  • Security Deposit: Refundable (Decision based on a 3rd party) - Varies/Per Unit
  • Utility Billing Administration Fee: $6.00 Monthly
  • Utility New Account Fee: $25.00 One time per unit
